Based on your environmental requirements, we select the optimal material and contours for your product together. We create 3D data and develop the corresponding tool solution. The tool remains permanently in our facility and is regularly maintained and serviced – ensuring maximum process reliability and longevity.
The WH Münzprüfer toolmaking department not only manufactures the stamping and bending tools for Zillkon but also produces all necessary tools and fixtures for your own production.

Feasibility for series production is evaluated, communicated, planned, and integrated into your product already during the quotation phase.
From the initial concept to the finished series, the entire manufacturing process takes place in-house: design, toolmaking, prototype production, coordination, and series production.
We ensure, with full documentation, that all steps are optimally coordinated—quickly, flexibly, and reliably.
